What is the difference between Jersey milk and regular milk?

Jersey milk comes from Jersey cows.

It sort of like comparing two different types of apples.

Take a Braeburn and a Cox.

They are both unmistakably apples but each has a different texture and taste.

Same goes for Jersey milk.

It’s richer and creamier than normal milk, is slightly thicker in consistency and naturally contains more fat and protein.
