Where do your cows originally come from?

From the Channel Island of Jersey, just off the south coast of England. For around 200 years, it was forbidden to import or graze a different breed of cow other than Jerseys on the island. This has ensured that Jersey cows have kept their pedigree, identity and character. The great thing is that they are really are truly different and their milk is richer and creamier than any other cow.
