That’s a question we get asked quite a bit. Perhaps the better question to ask is why all the other milk so cheap? It’s a tricky subject but put simply, the prices you’re used to paying for your milk are impossible for most farmers today to make a living from. Lots of farmers are in trouble and we don’t want them to be. We want to make the best milk and yoghurt at the fairest prices for all involved. So that means we pay our farmers an honest price for their hard work. We hope you understand.
